Porcupine Meatballs
1-1/2 to 2 pounds lean ground beef 1/2 cup uncooked rice 1/2 cup minced onion 1/2 cup minced green pepper 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce 1 beaten egg 1 can (14-1/2 ounces) diced tomatoes, undrained 1 can (10-3/4 ounces) tomato soup
Combine all ingredients, except tomato soup. Shape into 1-1/2 inch meatballs. Place meatballs in crockpot. Pour soup over meatballs. Cover and cook on LOW 7-8 hours. Serves 4-6.
