Popcorn Nut Munchy Mixture Ingredients:
12 cups popped corn 1-1/2 cups peanuts 1/2 cup each honey, butter or margarine Directions: Heat oven to 300º F. (150º C). Mix popcorn and nuts in a very big bowl. Warm honey and butter over low heat until butter is melted. Pour honey-butter mixture over popcorn-nut mixture. Toss to mix well. Spread mixture in a large baking pan and bake for 20 minutes. stirring once or twice during baking. Cool and break into chunks before serving or storing in an airtight container. Mixture will keep for 2 weeks on pantry shelf.
