Tex-Mex Mac 'n Cheese Ingredients:
1 lb. ground beef or ground turkey 1 bell pepper, chopped 1 onion. chopped 1/2 cup each mushrooms, sliced; water 1 can tomato paste 1 can whole kernel corn, undrained 1 pkg ,acaroni and cheese or Velveeta® and shells to taste salt, pepper, Tabasco® sauce, seasonings Directions: In a large skillet, brown ground meat with chopped pepper, onion and mushrooms. Stir in tomato paste, water and corn. Cook macaroni and cheese according to pkg. directions, adding milk and butter if required. Add macaroni and cheese to meat mixture. Mix well and serve. Makes 4 servings.
