Spaghetti Pie
1 lb. ground beef
1/2 bell pepper, chopped
1/2 medium onion, chopped
3/4 t. Italian seasoning
1 jar spaghetti sauce, 15.5. oz.
6 oz. dry spaghetti, cooked and well drained
1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 egg, beaten
1 pint ricotta cheese
1 cup grated jack cheese
Brown beef. Add bell pepper and onion. Sauté until tender. Add spaghetti sauce. Set aside. Add to drained spaghetti the parmesan cheese and beaten egg. Mix well. Press spaghetti mixture into a large round pie plate to form a crust. Spread ricotta cheese over bottom of crust. Then add meat sauce; bake 30 minutes at 350. Sprinkle jack cheese over top and bake another 5 minutes. Serve in wedges with a large green salad and cheese bread.
