We were having problems with our wireless internet the first part of December and called the company, but only got thier answering machine. Of course the message there was that they would return all calls within 24 hours. After 3 days of calling and getting no answer or return calls, we scheduled an appointment with Charter. They said they could hook us up on the 6th of Jan at the earliest, and we went ahead and scheduled a hook up on that day. we then called and left a message to disconnect our wireless wich wasnt working anyway. the guy that came to hook us up couldnt figure how to get the cable across the ally, as ground is froze and couldn't bury it. So they sent a tech out to check things over, and he gave the go ahead to run about 500 ft of cable in the ditch, then cross over to other side of the ally by going through the woods, then through our back yard and around to the front of the house to hook us up. The soonest they could hook us up was the 19.... So here I am - back online again.
